Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content that was removed or to which access was disabled is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notice to our copyright agent containing the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement

If a counter-notice is received by our copyright agent, we may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing that party that we may replace the removed content or cease disabling it. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, the removed content may be replaced or access to it restored within a reasonable time period.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our service and terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Content Removal and Access Restriction

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will also notify the user who posted the content that we have removed or disabled access to the material.

We reserve the right to remove content alleged to be infringing without prior notice, at our sole discretion, and without liability to you.

False Claims

Please be aware that under the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability. You may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, if you materially misrepresent that content is infringing your copyright.

General Information

This policy does not constitute legal advice. We recommend that you consult with your own legal advisor before filing a DMCA notice or counter-notification. The DMCA process can be complicated, and mistakes can result in loss of rights.

We may modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
